UPDATE v0.2.9: Cold Rework

- Changed how cold works, now it neutralize the next positive status instead of modifying Power
- Rebalance all the Ice cards to reflect this change
- Added 3 new Ice passives
- Modified the UI to display how many cards are still in your draw pile and how many have you discarded
- Added chronometer at the end of a run, telling you how long it took you to beat the game
- The final boss has a new passive: "Doomed"
- Bugfix: Doom status no longer stacks when you get a lower amount of Doom from another card
- Bugfix: The passive icons no longer overlaps with the circle display in the reward screenshots
